i usually find new homes for my retired breeding bitches when they are around 8 years old is it true there is a new law that says you cant breed after they are 6? or is it that bitches are only allowed to have 6 litters?

Must say I wondered why you would try and get 6 litters from a bitch between 2 years and 8, but then thought I did not understand the question. Still not sure I do, will wait till someone else says what they think it means, may be the poster.
The KC has rules but I don't think there is any law, but I could be wrong :)

i was asking because i read on one website you could breed from a bitch up to age 6 one litter per year from the age of 1 year, on another it said kennel club accepted registrations up to age 8. also, oin one it says you can have four litters a year with no license another says it is 5 what is the correct law?

The KC won't register more than 6 litters from a bitch. Though I can't imagine anyone would want to breed from a bitch that many times anyway. Most breed clubs allow no more than 4 litters.

I was asking how many litters a bitch is allowed to have and at what age is she not allowed to have any more iwas told the law had changed

Allowed to have by whom? I have bitches who have never been allowed to have a litter.
