i whated a breed of dog i found a breeder and got a puppy it was three and a half years, i sign agreement say that if the dog is to be breed from then she should be hip scored and eye tested and if clear restrictions would be lifted by breeder, now the breeder will not lift the restrictions for no reason the dog has been pasted by the vet if anyone has got any advise

For hip scoring it must go through the proper chanels. Have the hip x-rays been sent off to be scored? If not then it hasn't been done properly. Same applies to eyes etc. Must go through the scheme.
Best ask the breeder for fuller details as to why they will not lift the restrictions.
