you know when oversea people come and show here with there dogs, can their dog be randomly coat tested over at uk shows,like our dogs can be tested?

They usually only test CC winners(had my beardie tested when they first started) & they could only take samples from where wasn't visible What exactly they were testing for I wasn't told & she was clear

If they won or someone objected they would be subject to the"random"testing

When you fill in an entry form for a show, regardless of your country of residence, you sign that you agree to abide by the KC rules, so they would be subject to coat testing.  However, not at all sure how the KC could begin to go about disciplining anyone competing from abroad!  I suppose they would go through the usual procedure, and if the competitior chose not to appear and was found guilty they could just ban them from showing in the UK?
