Whilst jumping up on the lino my dog slipped backwards and fell on his tail he is 9 weeks old and he squealed and now his tail is hanging between his legs PLEASE ADVICE !!!!!!!!!!!

If in doubt give the vet a ring ..if he isn't moving his tail at all or if , when it moves he squeals, you should call the vet

I'd get him to the vet as soon as possible. If he's broken or dislocated his tail it needs immediate attention.

I'd agree with the other posters that he needs to see a vet as soon as possible.  If the tail's not broken then a quick course of anti-inflammatories could minimise any further damage.

Been to the vets his tail isn't broken. He wouldn't move his tail for 1 1/2 hours before i went to the vets it just hung between his legs. Than as soon as he got on the vets table he started wagging it (dogs!!!!) :)
