Being new to showing ( I have a 9 week old bulldog) I was wondering at what age you can show . I know that minor puppy is 6-9months but I have heard somewhere can't remember where , that some shows dogs are exhibited as young as 3 months ? Can anyone shed any light on this or was I dreaming ???????

Puppies cannot be exhibited at a show in the UK before they are six months of age. The classifications are 6 to 9 months minor puppy, 6 to 12 months puppy.

If you join a ringcraft club, you can start practising with a puppy as soon as they have their injections.  On match nights they usually include a 'puppy walk' competition for young puppies under 6 months before the main match begins.
