is it legal to sell puppies at 6 weeks of age? I know licensed breeders have to wait until the pups are 8 weeks but we dont have a license, is it only licensed breeders who have to wait until 8 weeks to sell, or does it apply to everyone?

I've always thought 6 weeks old was a bit young to be leaving the mum, JMHO, Dont know about breeding laws sorry, but someone will be along soon no doubt. :D

it is legal, but plans are afoot to bring in a bill which will make it illegal
