Sorry to seem dense could you please tell me when Crufts is and do you have to buy tickets in advance ( I can unfortunately only go on  Sunday). Is it on a Sunday?

this coming Thurs - Sunday.
Nope, you dont have to buy tickets in advance. I am going Friday and Sat and buying tickets on the door :)
