We're looking for a bearded collie dog as a family member and companion to our five year old son.  He needs to be loving and friendly, able to tolerate or ignore a cat, enjoy plentiful country walks and days out with us.  He doesn't need to be a Crufts contender or even have proof of pedigree, as he is not for showing or breeding.  He just needs to need a good and loving home (in Staffordshire country village - own garden!).  We would prefer a grown dog to a puppy, so if you know someone who has a dog to rehome or if you're aware of a dog like this in a rescue situation, please contact me on 01889 570807.  Our home may be vetted before placement.
