Im just wondering if anyone can help Abby was bitten at puppy class about a month ago the other dog didnt even break the skin its just the hair around the area fell out after a week of it getting gradually worse I spoke to the vet who said it was just bacteria in her mouth mixed with his that caused it, i have cleaned it but no hair has grown back is there anything else I should do or should I take her back to the vets

I would take your pup back to the vet as a month is quite a long time if there is no regrowth at all and it might be a problem unrelated to the bite

Took Abby to the vets they didnt think there was anything medically wrong with her they said it was the bacteria in his mouth that started it and because she is so submissive that she keeps licking it and is stopping the hair from growing back,they think it will take another month for her to be back to normal if not I have to take her to a behavorist(sp). so fingers crossed.
