Hi guest, have you tried French Bulldog Welfare?  they are responsible for rehoming the rescue dogs.  I dont think you would find a Frenchi puppy from a reputable breeder within you price range, they are very hard to breed and usually onlky have small litters.  However, Welfare are always happy to hear from people wanting to give a good home.  Unfortunatley no guarantees how long you would have to wait.
