How do you keen people keep track of your dogs training progress, whether its gundog, obedience, ringcraft, agility or Working Trials?

I don't!  Should really but I dont!  Used to keep a track of all our junior handlers progression that used to come to our ringcraft, worked out weak and strong points etc!!
