it was odd yesterday, i gained 2lbs by drinking a cup of tea, god damned fattening hot water...

Well everybody is being very determined so far, good. :D My tooth is better now so I have to be strong. Chaps at work have decided not to report me for harassment after the paper incident as long as I promise not to handle any more - hey, thats fine, I get my photocopying done for me now! :D I have been taking stairs instead of lifts and can now manage to run lightly up to the 3rd floor and talk to the person at the door without sounding like an obscene phone call. So Ive gone down a size without feeling deprived. Weighing in will be hard as the kids wrecked my new scales by jumping on them ( sigh) Ill need to go to Boots.

I have not started yet Going to strathpeffer on monday for five days with my sister we are doing a coach tour,
So I thought best to wait till I come back What a wimp I am I will need to work harder to catch up SORRY

i just went on a night out for the first time in about 3 months so probably weigh a ton now... good god  it's only half eleven, what a lightweight i am... :(

I was really giggling when you mentioned the tea and gaining 2 1bs, i am sure we can all empathise - weird science and all that!! :D
