Can anyone help, my BC's legs always look dirty, even bathing her makes no difference. Does anyone know what I can use to get the stains out. It drives me mad.

Try using a shampoo for white dogs, it usually brings them up cleaner than normal shampoo.  Leave it on neat for a little while and then rinse off. Good for the white bit at the end of the tail too, which often looks a bit yellow.

I use Vanish soap on my ESS's.  Leave it on for a little while then wash thoroughly, ensure you wash it all out.
