Can older dogs age 8 to 10 yrs, still get pregnant? If so is it dangerous? PLEASE HELP...

Yes they can get pregnant. It may not be too dangerous in some small long lived breeds though a first pregnancy at that is is not a good idea, but it is definitely likely to cause problems in large short lived breeds.

Yes and yes.  If you have a bitch of 8 years or older that has been mated, you can take her to your Vet and have an injection to deal with it.
