Its a year today since we lost you mum to the angel garden, you lost your fight against breast cancer after a very courageous battle.  I am so thankful for having had a mum like you, you were an inspiration to us all.  You certainly took after nanna as strong as an ox.  I have so many great memories of the times we shared, however today like many days it is a struggle but i think of what you would have wanted for us all. Mum i just want to say thankyou for all your unconditional love and guidance throughout my life you were my tower of strength when i needed you, the most honest critic when i needed criticism, the best shopping partner a girl could wish for but most of all the kindest friend anyone could have.  When the time comes and i have those twin boys you always mentioned i will tell them of their angel nanna with love and pride and if i am half as good a mother as you were to me then i will be doing a grand job.  Dance till your hearts content in the angel garden Mum. Til we meet again

I lost my mom to cancer when i 7.. i hate New years day (the anniversary of when she died..as you can tell she didnt do things by halves) On my wedding day (october 18th 2003) my auntie gave me a tape of me and my mom talking... i was singing to my mom and she was laughing.

Michelle its always hard but i guess it does get easier with time...
Digger.. Mothers day is sad isnt it? yet its a good time to remember that most important person :)
