If you log onto ebay you will find loads of boxer stuff, ornaments, t-shirts etc. I personally wouldn't have a car sticker or otherwise as it just advertises the fact you have a pedigree dog, and with all the dog stealing going on you can't be too careful.
I have bought G.Dane books and ornaments off ebay for good value. :)

Please remember that such a sticker also tells any dog thieves that you have a boxer!

Having a "baby on board" advertises you have a baby to steal as well!! I'm sure most responsible people don't leave dogs alone in cars.

A baby on board sticker was designed to aid with fire rescue should you find yourself in an accident (god forbid). I imagine dog stickers were brought out on the same principle.
BUT responsible people DO park there cars outside their houses so in turn advertises the fact that there is a pedigree dog in the house worth stealing.

But how many people remove the "baby on board" sticker when the baby isn't in the car? A fireman friend of mine was quite seriously injured trying to locate a non-existent baby from a RTA. Completely avoidable.

Blimey never thought of that

True jeangenie but how many people remove baby car seats when the child isn't in the car either? I don't as it's too heavy so how would the fireman know that the child hadn't been thrown clear?
My theory was if you put a dog sticker in the car and then park it outside your house then theives will know what breed lives there surely?

They would also know by looking at the shape of the nose pressed against the patio doors!!!

someone would think i had dogs with a worm-shaped nose. why she can't just press her nose against it once then move away is beyond me, she insists on pressing it to the window and then trailing it around in a beautiful swirling pattern... artistic tendencies i guess

:D @ lilylaru  Great aren't they?  My car windows are graphically designed with dog snot.  As are the patio windows.  The only saving grace is he's got short legs so can't stick his nose on the other windows. :D

people also leave babies in cars whilst they "just pop into a shop" and the whole car inc baby gets nicked - happens more than you would think - so car thieves wouldnt notice the sticker, just the car!! but the thing about leaving car o/s your house is a very good point - I was told of not having the stickers in house windows or on the gate - ie "GSD lives here" etc, dog thieves love them!
