My bitch, a belgium shepherd, I think is now about 24 days into pregnancy.  She is slightly different, teats are pink but the vet could not say if she was pregnant or not.  My main concern is that today she will not eat anything, and yesterday she was finicky.  On Tuesday she vomited in the morning...quite a lot of clear sort of liquid type bile.  Otherwise she is fine and wants to go out for walks which I am doing but without strenous ball throwing.  Any advice from anyone would be most welcome

Congratulations, you're probably pregnant :) Finicky feeding and a bit of 'morning sicness' (not always in the morning) is quite common in the 4th week of pregnancy. It happens because of hormonal changes and the uterus beginning to distend slightly. You can try feeding her several smaller meals each day if she continues to be finicky, but most bitches get over this quickly and by week 5 her appetite should be beginning to increase. Best of luck

My bitch never had morning sickness thank goodness but sounds about right if her appetite has gone down hill.  My bitch didn't eat anything really for a few days around the 4/5 week stage.  She did enjoy rice pudding and mixing an egg in her normal food was also helpful, thanks to champdog members.  We split her food into 3 portions throughout the day and her appetite was soon back to near normality.

My bitch was going for walks right up until the day she whelped, albeit slow and not as long as they used to be but she still enjoyed them none the less.  Wasn't very comfortable riding in the car though.  She couldn't get out fast enough when we got home love her.

You've come to the right place for advice on things like this.  If it wasn't for champdogs I would have been more of a nervous wreck than I was when my bitch had her litter earlier this month.

Hope everything goes well for you and keep us posted.

Sounds promising!  My Daisy acted the same way that far into her pregnancy!  :)

My bitch is now in week 6 and she had morning sickness for about 8 days just over a week and a half ago, but she did not go off her food much.  When i increased the number of times she was feed from 1 a day to 3 times a day the sickness stopped and now she is a lot better
