Hi to all can you help.  Have an 8 week old West Highland Terrier from very good breeder.  Puppy has consistantly suffered diarrhoae.  Been to Vet who prescribed Panacure worming paste.  Puppy still having watery movements and has distended tummy.  Any ideas or suggestions.  Have stopped feeding milk and am trying only dry food

Hope someone can help

Firstly I would have a word with his/her breeder.  As he is only 8 weeks, I would think you have only had him a few days, this can upset tummies.
Are you feeding him on the same as the breeder, if not this could upset him.  Personally I  would just feed him chicken and rice for a couple of days and see if it settles down.

If he is no better after a couple of days take him back to the vets.

Hope this helps

Sorry if I read this wrong...But are you feeding him milk? If so this can cause the poo's. Offer little small meals through the day, instead of 4 big ones make it 8 little ones much easier on the tummy to settle down. I give keopectate to mine when he gets the poo's real bad. Hope your little guy gets better, and I would give your breeder a call back as well.
