We have a miniature bull terrier called Buzz he's nearly 2 years old and has vomited on and off for the past year.  It lasts for 5/7days then stops for a couple of weeks and then starts up again. Last summer, the vet did X-rays and blood tests but found nothing. He normally has James Wellbeloved dried food but we've put him on chicken and rice for the past few days but he's still being sick. We've also stopped using a collar and started using a harness in case the collar pulling on his neck was making him worse. Any suggestions?

Is he vomiting food, bile or foamy liquid? If food how long after eating? How close together are the week long bouts of vomiting? Is he vomiting all day or just at a certain times?

Sorry I see you say it is about 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

Is he really vomiting or is he reguritating? If he is vomiting he witll retch. With regurgitation he would just seem to cough out the food.
