Right then people, where can i go on my hen night? my bestfriend is sort of organising it but she doesnt know where we can go, i dont really want to do the normal thing of going out clubbing want to do something different, any ideas?

We went camping for the weekend in the New Forest for my friend's hen-party, though we all booked a cottage down there for 4 days rather than roughing it too much!! (between us it only cost about £35 each) then we had a lovely bbq (quite a lot of alcohol) and all sat and chatted about our single days, toasted every ex boyfriend and generally had an absolute laugh and giggle!!

For mine I wanted to go on an adventure weekend quad bikes, paintball etc. All my freinds are competitive and not to fluffy

Mate of mine had a weekend in Stratford - did the whole Shakespeare thing, went to see a play, did the tour, then a Mexican and cocktails. Had  a small cottage between six of us, enjoyed it, even though I'm not much of a shakespeary type, she is though!

I went paintballing last year, it was brilliant but the best bit was counting my bruises with pride whilst sitting in the bath trying to get the mud out of my hair!!  Couldn't tell what was dirt and what was bruises so had to do the prod test!!

Loved it, and even though I wasn't much good at it, I still thought that I was Rambo or something as I was crawling under tree trunks etc on my elbows!! Will def go again!!

I've just had my 40th birthday (can't believe I've actually admitted it!) and I wanted a weekend where a big group of us could go and have a laugh and be really childish, somewhere a bit tacky where we could be really noisy without offending anyone! Butlins!!
All the Butlins resorts have special weekends during the winter months- ours was an 80's soul and disco weekend, with the Four Tops (the real ones!), Jimmy James and the Vagabonds and.........Barry from Eastenders!! among others. Some of the other weekends coming up include a Madness weekend, Heavy metal, other disco weekends etc.
We had a fantastic weekend, and Butlins was exactly how I thought it would be(!) And only £69 each, half board- though we did upgrade when we saw our original rooms!
Or... there's a company called Red Letter Days (I think) where you can book for rally driving, flying a plane, hot air ballooning etc.

I went pony treking and then a meal and a night out but my sister is going to Amsterdam for the weekend for hers.  Her fiance is going on an adventure weekend and I'm not allowed to go :-(
