I haven't joined the summer goddess programme, because just over a week ago, i joined Rosemary Conley online slimming plan thingy (and have lost just over an inch round my waist!!

)
Thought i would pass on a quick and filling "recipe" for lunch.
Brown Rice Salad:
1 and a half oz. of brown rice, cooked.
Mix with - chopped spring onions, red onions, dessertspoon of sweetcorn, red or green peppers. Any other veg. you want that is low in fat and calories.
Add - tablespoon of chick peas, or red kidney beans, or 1oz of low fat cubed cheese.
Mix with either low fat French/vinaigrette style dressing, or creamy low fat mayo - Hellmans is good, one tablespooon.
It's very filling and lots to eat, but only hits around 250 - 300 calories.
