Hi everyone.
Just a thought...I try to keep an eye out for fellow CD members on highampress results.However most of us just refer to our dogs by their pet name and ourselves by our 'CD' name.
I think it would be nice to be able to see how everyone gets on at crufts and so it would help to know the pedigree name of peoples dogs,breed and your REAL name..as would appear in the results

OK then I am Barbara Barganska, showing Norwegian Elkhounds.

This year will be showing Barbelka Amorek (Tula, age 9) in Veteran bitch, and her Grandaughter Ch Barbelka Eliksyr (Jozi) in Open Bitch.

Will also be doing discover dogs with Jozi and her baby daughter Lexi (6 months and a day old on the day) on Thursday, with a friend and a third Elkhound.

I qualified 2 for Cruft both Tibetan Mastiff's, but when I was ill last year I had to part with them as my husband is disabled and I was in hopsital for few weeks, but we are going on 2 days Utility for the Lhasa Apso's and Tibetan Terriers and on working day for the Newfoundlands and Tibetan mastiff's to see if my 2 babys are there. I go to the hospital on Monday and hope to get the all clear again, I am dredding this weekend untill I get the results and know all the cancer has gone, I think this will be my longer weekend every

When you know what you are wearing can you list that too :D

Then I can look out for you all on telly.......:D  Please tell me it's going to be televised this year.....loved it last year:)

I'm also covering DD on Saturday with ermmm I don't know just yet but they will all be tailed so you shouldn't have a problem finding us lol -- by the way Dakota's daughter is also tailed so she should be obvious in the ring too, I qualified my gold dog but decided to concentrate on Dakota as he was waiting on his 3rd ticket at time of closing ----------- not any more now lol.

Diane Philipson - Briarlow's we are not allowed to go :d  I'll be there at Discover Dogs though.

Nothing entered this year, again :-). I will be there as usual watching though. I only show my dogs while they are in puppy classes then they are kept for working on shoots. However if you are keen enough........... I have a new puppy, called Lyneholme Knot Foxpath, who will be shown a bit this year. Probably at WELKS, then ???????????!!!

Hi Lea, dont panic, you will find our bunch no problem, you have already met Mike (and Lisa?) we will all be buzzing around together, and I can introduce you to Dawn.  We have 6 going (7 inc Kitty), 2 dogs, 4 bitches, so will be back and forth all day, benches to ring! You can find us from the catalogue anyway!  Just in case you are still in doubt, and have forgotten the description thread - I am small, plump, blonde and very made up!   Will be wearing Lilac (I think)  - Dawn, what colour are you wearing?

Yep, met mike and Lisa(she was grooming the red) will look out for them and get them to shove me in your direction!!!!!!!!!!!!! (know you will all be busy so wont linger long, well, until after the judging!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Well I am 5'11" dyed red hair and slimish!!!!!!!! My mum(who I am going with) is 5'4" approx, plump and ginger!!!!!!! We both wear glasses and look the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh the Chinese film crew were so nice!  They spent a couple of days, pre-crufts, filming at Mikes Kennels.  The producer spoke a little English, but the crew none at all, it was hilarious at times, trying to understand what they wanted the dogs to do! :).  Had a bunch of the dogs on the beach at Blackpool, and they were happily filming away, when one of the crew whistled and Higgins the pointer went flying over, jumped right up and snatched the furry thing right off the end of the microphone pole!  Filming was stopped for quite some time while it was recovered and refitted ! :)  He must have a very soft mouth, as it was not damaged at all,  just a little soggy.  The other crews I am not so sure about, while I know it is very flattering when the BBC crew follow one of our dogs because it has been "tipped" for a top spot, it really does pile on the pressure!  And I always go blank when they come round with the 'release' sheet to sign, and want a potted history of what the dog has done!

We will also be doing discover dogs with Maisie on Saturday.

No dogs this year, though hope to qualify for 2005!  Will be there on Saturday watching Obi's mum (Garreg Ddu Edition in Blue) strut her stuff in the ACD ring, hopefully his Dad will be there too

Hi.....just a thought...perhaps we could all agree to wear a little ribbon(yellow??) just folded over like the breast cancer pink ones.........then we would all know who belonged to ch dogs and would be a good ice breaker..........what do you think?
i will be there on sunday helping man the DD beagle stand.....nothing entered this year but have qualified my home bred am cocker for next year.Ill come back to see if anyone has picked up on my idea.....(dont want to be the only wally wearing a yellow ribbon!!)

I'll be there Friday hall 4 ring 23/24 with Rémy (Caraday Delightful) in special puppy.  I'm also there Saturday in the YKC ring in hall 3 showing Alice (Silvamoon Mrs Tiggywinkle) & again on Sunday in hall 5 ring 34 showing Alice in her breed class but she not in till after 3.00
