Chance came home today. His mum (Chloe) is no longer in season. My other bitch (Kali) was speyed years ago. So why won't he leave Kali alone? He's kissing her. He's nudging her. He has even tried to mount her (she told him where to go ;) )

I'd have understood it if it was Chloe. :confused:

Speyed bitches often give off a 'come hither' scent all the time after they've been speyed :(

It seems especially noticeable around the times when they would have come into season. :( Poor things. They don't half get narked!

Thanks. He doesn't seem so bad this morning. I wonder if he was just saying 'hi I'm back'?

Obviously the smell will still be around the house so I assume his hormones are telling him one thing but the girls are telling him 'NO'.

It's so easy to forget how mixed sexes react. This is why I usually tend to keep bitches on their own. ;)
