Our 13 week old toy poodle doesn't like going in the car. She sits and cries regardless of if she's on someone's knee or on her own with her seatbelt. The minute she gets out of the car she's happy as larry again. Any suggestions?

A collegue had a similar problem he used to feed his dog in the boot. Never travelled anywhere just fed him then went back inside. then gradually progressed to short journeys with little tit bits.
Here's hoping that something works or that she'll eventually get used to it and realise that it's a good thing to be going somewhere with us!
Some dogs also don't like travelling in the traditional spaces for dogs - try the foot well (make sure she's well secured of course) or a soft travel crate - sometimes the confined space helps them feel more secure.
