It's once again time to review the winners of the annual Stella Awards.

:D :D :D ROFL ROFL at their sheer brass neck, until I read about the poor Beagle! Responsibility for our own actions is being PTS by the compensation culture.

happens in this country sometimes too.
A lady is trying to sue a company as she asked her hubby to bring babys eyedrops to her , she proceeded to put them in and after realised it was nail glue ,babys eye was glued together, shes now sueing the nail glue company for making the bottle look like eye drops . i dont think ive ever come across nail glue that looks like eyedrops . some people are so thick

That must have been a horrible accident, but really...talk about taking it to the extreme. Its another case of not taking responsibility for her OWN mistake and trying to palm off the blame elsewhere - typical of this country.

I actually have a friend who put nail glule in her own eye instead of eye drops.  No lasting damage, both came out of smallish, pale coloured bottles, but there the similarity stopped.  She certainly did not sue anyone, and had to put up with guffaws of laughter at the casualty dept and much teasing at work.  Perhaps the lady should sue the husband for bringing the wrong bottle? ;)
bye

But there are some of us who are mentally challenged :D Says she who nearly washed her hair in toothpaste yesterday :D (Well it's not my fault if my toothpaste looks just slightly like my shampoo, although I did realise just in time that the blue 'shampoo' in my hand wasn't quite the right colour :D )
