Many an angel pup will turn into a destructive demon at 8months, their adult teeth are setting in and they hurt, that's why they chew everything in sight all over again. Get her a black kong and fill it with lots of yummy treats to dig out and Nylabones are good, although they don't last very long with Labs so get a big one. Have  you thought about using a crate? that way you know that she will be safe and so will your house. You need a large one and if you have never used one with her you will need to get her used to it gradually, feed her in there and give her chewies and gradually build up the length of time that you leave her. They like them  more if they are covered over to, she will very quickly come to regard her crate as a safe haven and you will be a happy owner again.
