Hello all, me again ;-)

Bobby, nearly 10 mth old male Staff (castrated 2 weeks ago and healed perfectly), has become a jekyll and hyde; at hom he is an angel, he does what I say when I say it (except recall that is still work in progress, but getting there) at work this is a whole different story; out comes the little monster in him.  He ahs been coming to work with me since he was 8 weeks old, but know he is becoming a bit of a pain.  Our nickname for him is 'Kevin' as he is acting like a teenager.  Is this just a phase he is going through with the hormone changes or should I start to concentrate on further training?

What sort of routine does he have on your days at work? :)

We get up, he goes out into the garden and plays for a half hour then we leave for work.  The journey takes an hour to an hour and a half and he pretty much sleeps all the way.  I'm almost always first into the office, so Bobs greats everyone when they arrives.  He has lots of toys and normally everyone spends 20 mins or so playing with him at some point.  I take him out for a walk (40 mins to an hour) between 12 - 2pm, and then I give him his lunch.  Then we leave about 6.30pm.  When we get home he goes for another walk and then has his dinner and 8 times out of 10 he then starts snoring, for most of the evening and absolutely good as gold.  I know that at home the environment is a lot more chilled out than work, so this may have a factor on his behaviour, however it has been the same since he was 8 weeks old.

I have decided that as of next week (when the boss is back from holiday) I will get to work an hour early and take him out before we get into the office, and then carry on his normal routine, see if this helps.

Do you think this routine is ok?
