Norfolks are a numerically small breed & you may well have to go on a waiting list to get a puppy. does your mother know what you are planning? Buying puppies as presents is often a very bad idea. if it was me, I'd be very miffed if I didn't get to choose my own puppy! Go to KC Site for contacts for the Norfolk breed clubs & ask them for breeders
