Yes, have mine but not any sort of running order - have one piece of paper with the start times but my breed Elkhounds are not mentioned at all. So do I take it from the dog papers and hope they are correct or do I e-mail Fosse.
- By jancx [eu] Date 11.02.04 09:45 UTC
Hi Jackie,

I thought the same as Bullmastiffs were not listed on the paper. However when I looked more closely the paper was for breeds with either early or late starts. I'm taking my start time as listed in Our Dogs but will probably check with others, as we have a couple of Open shows before Crufts.

If your breed is not listed as either early start (08:30) or late start (10:00) then what time will they start ?

Ignore me (doh)
Its on Crufts page on KC Site :)
Think I was having a mini panic there :D
- By Jackie H [gb] Date 11.02.04 19:12 UTC
Oh good is it, have been checking all week, have asked the printers but they have not been very helpfull - it matters because if we are in at 11.00 the dog sitter only needs to stay one night instead of two.
- By lel [gb] Date 11.02.04 19:15 UTC
Jackie if you go into judges section it gives the time next to them :)
- By Jackie H [gb] Date 11.02.04 19:25 UTC
Found it now thanks, it was not up when I last looked, just the hall and the ring. Oh good, the sitter can stay if she likes but at least she wont have to.
- By sandrah Date 11.02.04 19:35 UTC
Does anyone know what car park to use for Hall one.  It says doors 1.4 west car park and doors 1.1 east or south car park.  I can't find anywhere the info I have saying whether we are 1.1 or 1.4.
- By Jeangenie [gb] Date 11.02.04 19:36 UTC
I always like to use the West Car Park whatever. With the others you seem to be parked nearer Walsall than the Halls!
:)
- By sandrah Date 11.02.04 19:49 UTC
LOL West it is then :)
- By archer [gb] Date 11.02.04 19:47 UTC

According to the KC site we are 11.00 to 4.00 - hall 5 ring 30 - right next to the main ring so don't forget the pain killers and the ear muffs.

Oh and one year we were benched opposite the obedience competitors who allowed their GSD's to wander up and down the gangway between the benches, you can imagine how well that went down with the male Elks.
- By Sarah Date 11.02.04 20:13 UTC
The Main Ring is normally very quiet during the day as the Obedience is going on :-)
- By Jackie H [gb] Date 11.02.04 20:17 UTC
Apart from the brass bands
- By Sarah Date 11.02.04 20:24 UTC
Really   You know the Huskies must be tons louder than I realised each year.....are there really Brass Bands?  We are normally near the Main Ring on both Gundog & Working days......
- By Jackie H [gb] Date 11.02.04 20:35 UTC
To be honest you don't know what is going on, you can't see and you have to walk right round it to get to the loo,  one year the noise was really bad even the hounds were disturbed, don't know what was going on but the loud speaker from the ring was loud the audience was loud the music was loud the screaming was loud and I felt so ill I was thinking of asking for an early pass even before I had been in the ring.
- By Jeangenie [gb] Date 11.02.04 20:52 UTC
You're right Jackie - I avoid the vicinity of the main ring like the plague. It's sooo loud! The flyball is the worst.
- By Jackie H [gb] Date 11.02.04 21:01 UTC
OH! don't JG, have just looked it up and we have apart from obedience, agility and flyball, lets hope it's not team agility. Will add the earplugs I think.
- By gundoglover [gb] Date 11.02.04 20:46 UTC
I've never heard anything either!  On Gundog day!  Never been there on any other day.

GL

.........and I havn't got my pass today.  Anyone else disappointed?
- By Lokis mum [gb] Date 11.02.04 21:38 UTC
Wooh -hooh!  Ours have arrived AND I managed to get a drop off pass as well!!

We're in Ring 15, in Hall 4 (or it might just be Ring 4 in Hall 15 - just come home from a "hospitality reception at a new hotel in the City :D)

I know we're after Cardigan Corgis - or Pembroke Corgis - may even be Jumper Corgis ;) - starting at 11.30.a.m. :D :D :D

Now to get my suit.....how much weight can I loose on the Goddess diet in 3 weeks???

- By sandrah Date 12.02.04 11:54 UTC
Don't you usually get a car sticker saying you have qualified for Crufts? Nothing in my pack, anyone else got one?
Sandra
- By Jackie H [gb] Date 12.02.04 12:13 UTC
No you don't get a sticker, years ago, not many years, you used to get all sorts of worthwhile offers, now you get next to nothing.
- By sandrah Date 12.02.04 12:23 UTC
How disappointing, I know I go one about 3 or 4 years ago, was looking forward to it.  Only offers were on dog food, who want's to lug that around the NEC.
- By mitch [gb] Date 12.02.04 16:37 UTC

I was starting to worry.

Michelle.
- By lel [gb] Date 12.02.04 17:06 UTC
