
Probably it is because most people on the mainland of GB find it easier and less expensive to visit a breeder where they live, so it is more likley that you will get local Irish enquiried, and overseas ones same as breeders get over here.
Someon in my breed lives in the Shetland Isles, and she was swurprised that people were not keen to contact her re puppies from the mainland, but of course they had a choice of buying locally, she in fact homed her pups in Ireland and Channel Islands, where these purchasers were already facing having to bring a pup actoos water, so which water made not a lot of diffeenrce.
