Hope someone 'in the know' can help me.  I am currently living in london but will be moving to Luxemboug in March.  I am keen to get either a Maltese or a yorkie but am not sure how to ascertain wheather I am dealing with a 'good' breeder (we had many health issues with our last pup and were advised by the vet to return him to the breeder.  Needless tp say we couldn't...we ended up footing a huge bill though!.  I don't want that happening again though!).  Also, what should I be looking for in the dogs themselves?  Finally, if I were to bring the dog back to the UK what are the restrictions assuming I chip him/her.

I hope someone can help.  Also, would love to hear from anyone who breeds the pups I am looking for.
