Can anyone please help??
We have a 2 year old german shepherd bitch. We have had her since she was 4 months.
Every time my husband talks to her she wees!!! He is at home all day, and he is the one who walks her, she is fine most of the time but in the house, if he looks at her she either rolls onto her back, submissive, or wees.
I cant understand her, he doesn't even shout at her.
Has anyone got any ideas as to what we can do.

Some dogs are like this - it's not always 'nerves' but simply her way of showing your husband that she respects him. It can be difficult to sort out, expecially if it's so extreme, but if your husband takes her outside to greet her (so if she wees it doesn't matter too much) and makes sure he NEVER raises his voice, maybe teaches her to come to him and sit squarely(he'll need to hunker down to do this, not bend over her as that would only encourage more weeing) as dogs find it more difficult to wee when sitting square (you'll notice when she does wee she flips one leg/hip out to the side) and do it all using positive reward based methods ONLY (if she doesn't do as required don't say anything, just turn away, wait a moment then try again).
HTH - my Springer wasn't called a Sprinkler spaniel for nothing - just one other thing - do NOT allow her on your bed if you don't want lots of bedding to wash.....
I have 3 Staffs - 2 are 6mths old. One of them, Beetle, does this too but neither his brother or his mother show any sign of this kind of behaviour. I too was really concerned about it and thought we'd done something really wrong, but it really does just appear to be part of his character.
We just try to ignore him when he crawls on his belly or does other submissive stuff and just praise and cuddle him when he's on all fours. He is getting better about this now and doesn't act as submissive so much now.
