Love cross stitch, I have just started an embroidered sea view, its not on cross stitch - all satin, seam & french knots... I can not just sit and watch TV after taking Bosun for his walk I seem to need to keep my hands busy :)

I'm cross-stitching a Christmas stocking. Started it in October but had to put it down. Do you think I'll have it finished for this year?

Think you'd better stay away from the wine your going to need a clear head for all the sewing stick to tea and bickies

I do cross stitch but never quite finish each one,got 5 unfinished 'projects' so far! Has anyone actually cross stitched their pets from a photo yet? Someone told me it is easy to transfer it to the computer and make a cross stitch pattern to follow ;) Maybe one day,when/if I ever retire I may give it a try :) at the moment Spice takes up all my free time.Since she arrived home I have not looked at the iron, only hoover if visitors are coming

and dusting is a thing of the past.

Me me me me - I do tons of it, in between walking dogs, seeing to cats and chatting to friends on CD. Got tons of stuff on the go. Keeps me sane.

we could set up a round robin to get those ufo's finished, if anyone one is interested you can send me an e-mail.
All we need to set things up is name and snail mail addy (to post kits) then what i will do is make up a list and send you all a staggered list so that each of you knows who is next in line to send the work on too. At the end everyone should have done a lot of the work and the the work should then get back to the original person. Oh and the name of the kit by each persons name.
The cost of postage is up to the individual who sends it.
What do you all thing
