Don't quite understand - do you want lots of them from a licenced puppy farm?
I hope I've misread the post.

Thought as you did Jo, why the plural and why registered breeder, is it because small breeders may ask too many questions? I do hope we are wrong. Jackie H
I meen breeders of a small number of bitches not little people of course

It is the usual misunderstanding. the RSPCA in my local paper advise that you by from a Liscensed breeder, breeders that require to be liscenced are those that breed five or more litters a year, or are considered by their local authority to be commercial. what the poster should be looking for is a specialist hobby breeder, which is probably what they mean, I hope?!

And under what category do Puppy Farmer come? All together now. Thats right licensed breeders. JH
I'm not suggesting that all licensed breeders are puppy farmers or that all puppy farmer would bother to become licensed.

In my experience puppy enquirers sometimes say registered breeder when all they mean is that the breeder registers the puppies. Also it is not unusual for people to talk in the plural when what they mean is puppies to choose one from.

I agree entirly Isabelle, unfortunatly thepoor guy hasn't got an answer.
Try this, phone the kennel club 0870 6066750 and ask for the secretary of the breed club, she will give you what you want, I did not think there was anything wrong with your question or the way you put it.
