I have a nine year old dog, who has developed a new annoying hobbie.  He wanders around the house barking at any noise AT ALL that hears from outside. He sits in the garden barking at nothing also.  he is becoming such a pest ..... Any ideas?

Has he seen a vet - changes in behaviour like this often have a medical cause such as deafness or the onset of senility.  Once he's got the all clear from the vet you should be able to get some advice on retraining......
