i wonder if anyone can help me. I am desperately trying to find a pale golden retriever puppy. I live in Derby, so ideally local to me. If not i would be more than willing to travel.

I used to work in a golden retriever breeding kennels. The lady had about 13 dogs and they were all used as show dogs.She has had the top breeder award in the uk for the last 9 years maybe its worth having a look at her website as she has all of the dogs details and has a range of colours from cream to dark golden.Every one of her dogs has their hips,eyes and elbows tested. Needless to say there is a waiting list but the right puppy is well worth waiting for, just remember you'll hopefully have many long years ahead of you with the dog. Good luck Hope you find the puppy you want. No matter where you go for your pup just make sure that the sire and dam have had all the relevant tests done for this breed it is hips, eyes and elbows.
