Hi Guest, the best way to go about this is,
1. Obtain a copy of the breed standard from the Kennel Club web site.
2. Seek the opinion of your puppy's breeder as to whether or not he is suitable for showing.
3. Learn to trim and clip and present the dog to a high standard.
4. Begin ringcraft training ASAP.
5. Get him entered for some shows, and hope he wins, alot.
6. When he's a year old, have some breed specific health tests done, and hope he passes with good scores. (a vet check is not the same thing)
7.If all goes really really well with all of these things, people MIGHT ask to use your boy at stud.
Good Luck,
Dawn R.
