i put a post on champdogs about a certain window company that advertise on TV, advertised by cannon and ball among others and had made a complete mess of my windows, so much so we had to go to a solicitor and admin stopped my post,

I had a nightmare with a certain computer company once.  Computer didn't work properly, when a person came out to check it some cd's went missing!!  Phoned them up to say that I thought that he'd accidentally picked them up with mine, was denied at first and then he miracously found them.  Said that he wd. bring them on a certain date, then said that he'd been and given them to my mum on a certain date, one that I remembered well as I was at my parents all day that day as my dog gave birth and he never came round.

Eventually got through to the manager and he said that he was so fedup of me phoning that he would get a new set and send them around.  Computer was never fixed properly by them and I ended up getting a friend who just messes about with computers and she fixed it without taking the box away on numerous occassions and it was all up and going within 10 minutes.  It took **** 7 months to not repair it!!

They also denied that my cheque was sent when it was and I ended up having to pay nearly the same price again as it originally cost as they said that they got the cheque 2 days after the date that they should of rec'd it !!  Couldn't prove any different as it wasn't sent recorded delivery and of course the stub means nothing.

I had major problems with a video camera I ordered from Pixmania, I placed the order and paid for next day delivery, it took over a month to come and this was only after numerous phone calls and getting the head of the UK division involved :( Luckily we paid by Credit Card, whom we had to involve as we wern't paying for an item we hadn't received. I cant fault the Camera now its here though!
