Sorry to hear of your sister's loss.

A Liver Cocker Spaniel Puppy is probably going to be quite hard to find as there aren't that many around. The best bet would be to contact a few of the Breeders Listed with Champdogs. To access their details click on Search then on Guided Search, then on Gundog Group[i/] and then on Cocker Spaniels and then finally on Breeders.
