my girl is almost 13 weeks now, she is teething and i noticed at the top of her gum a round sore area, it is like a mouth ulcer humans get.
I have been putting her rag toy in the freezer and letting her gnaw on that and giving her ice cubes to chew on a part from the usuel hide bones.
I have put bonjella over her gums as well, daft probably but then it seems to help and it works for the kids?
should i take her to the vet and get it checked or is it just a teething thing??

I would just keep an eye on it, but it is probably caused by over enthusiastic chewing.

It does sound like the result of chewing - but if it looks as if it is getting infected, I would take her to the vets.
Bicarbonate of soda is excellent for mouth ulcers (in humans, at least) - just apply it dry straight on the ulcer, it stings a bit at first, but treats ulcers far better than bonjella, in my experience.

If it stings she may not appreciate it :(
