My sister's dobermann pup is in the middle of teething and someone has suggested that this is the reason that one of her ears looks a bit floppy (sorry can't think how else to describe it). :)
They said that if she massaged it in to place it would right itself.  Anyone know if this is true and if it happens a lot, as she's starting to panic about it!

ears do go funny when teething, massaging may help i expect a "dobie" person will suggest something when they see this! but IT IS normal! flynns ears went allover the place!

Aren't Dobermann's ears "floppy" anyway (unless they are cropped)?

Perhaps one ear is 'flying' at the moment?
:)

I know someone who had the same problem , he put a wet face cloth in a bag in the freezer took it out and gave it to the dog everyday it helpted take the swelling down alot and everything went back to normal . this might help? although it was the summer and let the dog out the house with it , dont think you want a wet floor :P

Yes they are floppy but just couldn't think of an appropriate word to describe them -  one of them is just a bit all over the place!
Unless I showed a pic it's hard to explain!
