Now completely stuffed with haggis, neeps and tates :D :D :D obviously accompanied with a generous dram/s of single malt. Hubby played his pipes whilst I carried it in, rambled on incohereantly about haggis being rrrrreeking rrrrrich etc, thrust the knife at it several times and then we demolished the lot :) :) :) neither one of us is scottish anyone else had haggis tonight?
I supose its not everyones cup of tea :D I did try to make tipsy laird but I left the mixer on to long and it turned to, what can only be described as sludge so i had some rice pudding instead.
We went to a Burns Supper on Friday night. First one I've ever been to and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Ive never tried haggis, but willing to give it a go. Last night we had the biggest spread. Earlier we went to the spanish fair and picked up some of the other halfs favourite (obviously several bottles of rioja). It was lovely all we needed was three other people as we had so much tapas, fish, bread and meats mmm nice.
