I would drop to the two feeds if that is what she wants (my current pup went down to 2 meals at 4 months, but that is because she was fionding a third of ther daily ffood too little in one go, and was trying to raid the others dishes :D).
Her Grandmother was a picky cow, and I had her on Arden Grange Prestige, until 2 years old as she was practically anorexic, and this was the only food she would eat with any regularity. I have always given this to my pups. It actually has more meat in than the Graduate, Total chicken in Graduate (including egg) is 46%, and in the Prestige it is 54%. The protein in Prestige is 30% and Fat is 21%, compared to 29%, and 18% in Graduate.
As shepherds can be prone to malabsorption the higher the quality of the Protein and fat the easier ti is to assimilate (animal protein is better than vegetable in this regard for carnivores).
