I'm disgusted. I've just heard on my local news (Bristol) that a woman was caught putting three collie pups into a glass recycling container! What does she think she was doing????? The RSPCA was called in and hopefully they will hang this woman out to dry. It makes me soooooo mad. Some people just do not deserve to have dogs. Alot of us genuine dog lovers have to wait months to get our new friend and some heartless b**** can just dump three lovely pups like this. Oooooooooo I wish I could get my hands on her. Sorry, but I'm sure there's alot of others out there that feel like I do and just had to get it off my chest.

I've just heard about a collie who has been tied to the leg of a table since she was a pup and poked and kicked just for amusment. Now that she has been removed from this situation all she does in run around the circumference of a very large field until she is exhausted and if anyone gets in her way or tries to stop her she will bite them. Probably beyond help already and still only a year old.

Hi
There was a horrendous incident of cruelity in our local paper yesturday, somebody threw a young pup (didnt say the breed) out of a high rise window, the pup landed in the rd and then got hit by a car. As of yet they dont know who done it.
Somthing really has to be done about animal cruiltey, i have reported an incident to our local rspca and the person still has the dog!!! In this case it is a choc lab about 12mths old and it left in a back garden day and night, doesnt matter what the weather is, it is also very skinny. The only thing that has changed since the rspca visited was that the dog now has a dog house...problems still there tho.

It was on the news. Apparently it was a childs puppy and it was whingeing so it got thrown out of the window. So hopefully they know who it was now.

If the dog has a shelter and is given food and water regularly then there is nothing the RSPCA can do. It is the law that needs changing. A few years ago I reported a dobermann bitch that was chained on a 4ft chain to a rabbit hutch that she could just about squeeze into, in a field where she was put to protect the horses from theft. If we could have got near her we would have stolen her. When she came into season a stray dog mated her and she gave birth to her pups during a really cold December. As soon as the pups were walking about they were taken away. About 5 months later she somehow got away and was killed on the motorway. The next day one of the pups, now about 6 months old was put in the field to replace her. Needless to say he was rescued the next day.

I walk past the choc lab 3 times a day, to and from the school and shops ect, and i have never seen food and water down for him. My kids always go up and pet him and tonight i could have cryed for him...he was shivering and wet and the little boy who lives in the house was looking out of the window and the dog was just crying. The little boy looked very upset aswell and he had his hand on the window and the dog had his nose on the other side sort of touching each other through the glass.
The little boy is in my sons class which i didnt realise so tomorrow i am going to ask his parents if they are interested in selling him to me.
If they won't and the rspca wont do anything i will have to walk a different way because it is to upsetting for me and my kids to see him every day.

God Debbie that is so upsetting i do hope they will sell him to you and if you don't keep him at least you can ensure a better home for him elsewhere.
Good luck for tomorrow.

Reading these I shudder.
How can people be so cruel.
Debbie, if you need a 'donation' towards the purchase of the choc lab, just let me know, and I'd be happy to help. I just hope the thought of money, will encourage them to sell him to you.
