What about a cardboard life size cutout ??? Probably be the best hes ever stood still!!  ;)

Emmmmmmmmm good point we'll make it so one of the legs move or something ;)

And you could  put in on little castors for when you walk him- but you would have to pull it really fast and jerky to make it look realistic and a little bit uncontrollable - that way they really will think its him :D
