My bitch is nearly 7 weeks pregnant and has started acting like she does when she is in season. She keeps backing into my other dogs with her tail up and even mounting them. I have never seen this happen before. Has anyone else had a bitch do this?

i had a blue merle bitch years ago who enjoyed ..... how can i put it.......... a "same sex" relationship with one of her kennelmates. the merle bitch mounted the other female several times daily, and the other female didnt seem to mind her doing it! sometimes they would take turns! both bitches had several litters over the years, and i noticed the merle bitch still mounted the black/white when she was pregnant, though the black/white bitch didnt seem too interested in returning the favour!! since both were healthy and otherwise happy, i never let it give me cause for concern, it did cause a few embarrasing moments when we had visitors round though!! ;-) ;-)
