Take it you want a Mini, not sure how easy it is to tell at 3 months what the finished weight will be. At 8lb that is 2 lb below the breed standard weight and 3 below the weight allowed in the show ring, so if you are not too worried a breeder may be able to say I think that one may be smaller than that one, but there may not be any way to be sure. Know you can't answer but wonder why you want one so small, and some times the smaller ones are more of a problem to rear.

Edit to say: if there is some reason that the dog needs to be very small because may be, the owner could not lift anything heavier perhaps you would consider a Chihuahua they are 2 to 4 lb with a max of 6.
