I would suggest that you look  Here at the Italian Spinone Club of Great Britain Website.  On it you'll find a wealth of information including vital info on health and the ethics by which members must abide.  Please make sure that when you find a breeder that they do the necessary health checks and abide by the code of ethics.

You'll also find an email address for the member who holds the Club puppy register in the About the Club section, subsection "Committee Members".  If you contact that person, they will have up to date info on which members have puppies available or planned.
