Boerboel
GSD
Staffie
those are my favouties, some who didn't make it but came close were
Rottweiler, Dobe and Pit Bull.
I have a soft spot for dogs percieved to be extremely vicious killers etc,
based on some owner or child getting killed, who knows what these people did,
since that doesn't make the paper.
so while raising some well behaved dogs as a bonus I get to show people they
can be really gentle loving and obedient dogs.
Mine would have to be
1. Boxers (my Glazby!!)
2. Great Danes
3. New Foundland
That is so difficult!
But would have to go with
1. Staffies
2. Dobermann
3. Greyhound/Lurcher
Other favourites are French bulldogs, flat coated retrievers and English Bull Terriers.

My 3 would have to be:-
1.) Hugarian Vizsla - fell in love with this the most noble, loving and intelligent breed I have
ever met quite a few years ago. I'll definately have one some day.
2.) Staffies - Currently my first experience of motherhood with a puppy. Loving ever minute
of it.
3.) Boxer - It's the faces that does it. The wrinkled forehead, those deep loving eyes and of
course the temprament of playful puppy right through to maturity, or not maturity in most
cases lol.
I'd love one day to have owned my 3 favourite breeds. Lets hope one day I will.

After hands on experience with many different breeds due to rescue I have to say my favorite 3 breeds are:
1. Bullmastiff - I bought my first ever puppy as a companion to our old borzoi and have fallen in love with the breed, she is a very clever dog and is so loving, I am about to start showing this year with two of her offspring.
2. Borzoi - I've loved this breed since being a kid - dreaming about living on a big estate with lots of stables/horses, sports car, statuesque borzois standing next to me with my model looks - Reality check!! End terrace, horse stabled at local farm, old diahatsu 4trak, look more like airfix model but did eventually get the dog, a beautiful and extremely elegant lemon and white rescue dog who was late in life but gave me a wonderful 3 years before passing away end of 2002.
3. Chihuahua (s/h) - Having always taken adult rescue dogs previous to my bullmastiffs, I had the fantastic opportunity of owning a pair of shorthaired chihuahua's who's owner had decided they were too old and replaceable with a new puppy (surprisingly this does happen a lot). They were signed over to the RSPCA where I worked and I fortunately was able to take them home with me. They were Charlie age 13 and Tara age 11, these dogs lived with us for another 4 and 5 years and had a happy life mostly accompanying my parents on their canal boat. I hope to find another tiny shorthaired girl to join our happy family home soon!
The list could go on and on!!
