Well, i bought some medicine for Beaus ears today. I was gone all day and when i returned i found out that she has been crying all day and just lying around. (she usually plays ALL DAY LONG) I feel so bad, but since i am in Mexico the closest vet is about an hour away and he closes at 7 pm. Boyfriend says that it is earmites??? what are the signs? i put her drops in and if i dont see a slight difference by tomorrow night, i gotta take her in. Do you think it will be slightly better by tomorrow night? I dont want her to lose her hearing, as ive been told, that happens when there ears bother them that bad because there is something in there. Could it be a tick?

It could be a whole host of things and if Beau is crying and subdued then she is clearly in pain and needs to see a vet.

I understand your vet is a long way away (mine is too, but that's my choice because he's an excellent vet - it takes me over an hour to get to him and I live in the UK) but I really think you must take her to see your vet.

If her ears have become infected then your medicine probably won't work and you do then risk a lot of internal damage.
